Bajaj Housing Finance allots NCDs aggregating to Rs 1,985 cr

Bajaj Housing Finance has allotted 2,00,000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs 1985.65 crore (including discount and accrued interest) on private placement basis on 08 September 2026.
