IIFL Finance allots NCDs aggregating to Rs 100 cr

On private placement basis
IIFL Finance has allotted 10,000 Subordinated, Unsecured, Listed, Rated, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs 1 lakh each and aggregating to Rs 100 crore on private placement basis on 08 September 2026.
