Veljan Denison Chairman resigns

Veljan Denison announced that Velamati Gangadhar Srinivas has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Chairman and Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company, with effect from the close of business hours of 07 September 2025.
