Financial Technologies Singapore invests Rs 70 cr in Ticker

63 Moons Technologies announced that the Company has received an intimation today from Ticker, a subsidiary of the Company that Ticker has allotted 2,59,25,926 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each to Financial Technologies Singapore (FTSPL), a wholly owned overseas subsidiary of the Company on 04 September 2026, for a consideration of Rs. 70 crore.

Subsequent to the above allotment by Ticker, the shareholding of the Company in Ticker stood at 65.80%.

FTSPL holds 0.45% shareholding of Ticker and post-acquisition of 2,59,25,926 equity shares has acquired an additional shareholding of 1.45%. There is no change in control through this transaction. The transaction was initiated for deployment of surplus treasury funds available with FTSPL.
