Board of Cubical Financial Services raises Rs 7.22 cr via equity shares

The board of Cubical Financial Services at its meeting held on 07 September 2026 has approved the allotment of 2.89 crore fully paid up equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each at an issue price of Rs 2.50 per share for an aggregate amount of Rs 7.22 crore.
