Bal Pharma allots 10 lakh convertible warrants on preferential basis

Bal Pharma has allotted 10 lakh convertible warrants on preferential basis to Shailesh Siroya, Promoter of the Company, at an issue price of Rs 84/- per warrant, aggregating to Rs 8.40 crore.
