SIS allots 15,201 equity shares under ESOP

SIS has allotted 15,201 equity shares under ESOP on 05 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 70,67,31,115 divided into 14,13,46,223 equity shares of Rs 5/- each.
