Ujjivan Small Finance Bank allots 25.15 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has allotted 25,15,773 equity shares under ESOP on 06 September 2026. Consequently, the paid-up capital of the Bank has increased from Rs. 19,48,54,05,690 to 19,51,05,63,420.
