CARE Ratings allots 24,500 equity shares under ESOP

CARE Ratings has allotted 24,500 equity shares under ESOP. The Paid-up Share Capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 30,09,39,120/- consisting of 3,00,93,912 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to Rs. 30,11,84,120/- consisting of 3,01,18,412 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
