Shriram Asset Management Co allots 1.56 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Shriram Asset Management Co has allotted 1,56,640 equity shares under ESOP on 02 September 2026. Pursuant to the said allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 16,98,06,960/- to Rs 17,13,73,360/-.
