Board of Man Infraconstruction approves buyback of shares up to Rs 169 cr

The board of Man Infraconstruction at its meeting held on 01 September 2026 has approved buyback of equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each of the company at a price of Rs 171 per share payable in cash, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 169.29 crore.
