IIFL Finance allots NCDs aggregating Rs 350 cr

IIFL Finance has allotted 35,000 Secured, Listed, Rated, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs 1,00,000/- each and aggregating to Rs 350 crore under Series D37, in dematerialised form and on private placement basis.
