Sai Life Sciences has allotted 80,600 equity shares under ESOP on 01 September 2026. Consequent to aforesaid allotment the issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs 21,23,13,617/- to Rs 21,23,94,216/-.
