Renaissance Global allots 7,500 equity shares under ESOP

Renaissance Global has allotted 7,500 equity shares under ESOP on 01 September 2026. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 21,47,92,942 comprising of 10,73,96,471 equity shares of Rs.2/- each fully paid-up to Rs. 21,48,07,942 comprising of 10,74,03,971 equity shares of Rs.2/- each fully paid-up.
