Tata Elxsi allots 6,170 equity shares under ESOP

Tata Elxsi has allotted 6,170 equity shares under ESOP on 31 August 2026.

Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up equity share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 62,30,57,310 divided into 6,23,05,731 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each from Rs. 62,29,95,610 divided into 6,22,99,561 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
