Godawari Power & Ispat allots 1.41 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Godawari Power & Ispat has allotted 1,41,535 equity shares under ESOP on 31 August 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased from Rs.67,30,97,430/- to Rs.67,32,38,965.
