DCB Bank allots 30,275 equity shares under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 30,275 equity shares of Rs 10 each under ESOP on 31 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased rom 322,148,687 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 322,178,962 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
