Thirumalai Chemicals to offload up to 5% stake in Ultramarine & Pigments

Thirumalai Chemicals has approved the sale of up to 14,60,000 equity shares (up to 5% equity stake) held in Ultramarine & Pigments through permitted mode under SEBI Regulation/Circulars/Guidelines.

Thirumalai Chemicals currently holds 41,98,837 number of equity shares constituting 14.38% of the total capital of Ultramarine & Pigments.
