The board of G S Auto International at its meeting held on 29 August 2026 has approved the appointment of Joga Singh (DIN: 11886274) and Mr. Vineet Gupta (DIN: 11886353) as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 29 August 2026.
