Computer Age Management Services allots 1.20 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Computer Age Management Services has allotted 1,20,827 equity shares under ESOP on 28 August 2026. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands to Rs. 49,68,36,756/- consisting of 24,84,18,378 equity shares of Rs.2/- each.
