WSFX Global Pay allots 13,250 equity shares under ESOP

WSFX Global Pay has allotted 13,250 equity shares under ESOP on 28 August 2026. Consequent to the above allotment the total number of equity shares of the Company has increased from 1,26,73,391 to 1,26,86,640 shares.
