Rose Merc allots 1.60 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Rose Merc has allotted 1,60,000 equity shares under ESOP on 28 August 2026.

Consequent, to the allotment of the aforesaid equity shares, the issued and the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 7,88,60,470 consisting of 78,86,047 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
