Angel One allots 3.49 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Angel One has allotted 3,49,058 equity shares under Angel Broking Employee Long Term Incentive Plan 2021. Consequent to the said allotment, the issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital of the Company stands at Rs. 91,40,36,506 comprising of 91,40,36,506 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each.
