Tata Steel further invests USD 140 million in T Steel Holdings

Tata Steel has acquired 62,03,70,371 equity shares of face value USD 0.0864 each aggregating to USD 140 million (approx. Rs 1,340.16 crore) in T Steel Holdings (TSHP). Post this acquisition, TSHP will continue to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
