Mastek allots 3,969 equity shares under ESOP

Mastek has allotted 3,969 equity shares under ESOP on 27 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 3,10,06,376 equity shares of Rs. 5 each aggregating to Rs. 15,50,31,880.
