Agri Buzz: IMD says subdued rainfall activity likely to continue over Peninsular India during next one week

India Meteorological Department or IMD has stated today that under the influence of Low-Pressure Area over southeast Uttar Pradesh & neighbourhood, isolated heavy to very heavy rainfall is likely over Uttarakhand, West Uttar Pradesh & Madhya Pradesh on 27th and heavy rainfall over East Uttar Pradesh August. Isolated heavy to very heavy rainfall is likely over Odisha during 27th-31st August and heavy rainfall on 1st & 02nd September; isolated heavy rainfall also likely over Gangetic West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand during 27th-31st August. IMD noted that subdued rainfall activity likely to continue over Peninsular India during next one week.
