Man Infra gains as board to mull equity share buyback on 1 Sept

Man Infraconsctruction advanced 1.21% to Rs 116 the company announced that its board will meet on Tuesday, 1 September 2026, to consider a proposal for buyback of fully paid-up equity shares.
The announcement was made after market hours on Wednesday, 26 August 2026.

As of 30 June 2026, the company?s promoter shareholding stood at 62.52%.

Man Infraconstruction is engaged in real estate and construction development through two key business verticals ? engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and real estate development. The company has six decades of experience in the EPC business, with execution capabilities across ports, residential, commercial and industrial, and road construction projects across India. Its real estate division has delivered multiple residential projects in Mumbai.

The company?s consolidated net profit rose 28.92% year on year (YoY) and 67.27% quarter on quarter (QoQ) to Rs 71.64 crore in Q1 FY27. Net sales increased 19.36% YoY and 50.02% QoQ to Rs 218.31 crore during the quarter ended 30 June 2026.
