GK Energy gains after receiving Rs 455-cr solar project order
The scope of work includes design, engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of grid-connected rooftop solar PV systems, along with operations and maintenance for a period of five years.
The respective work orders are to be executed within 60 days from their issuance. The company clarified that the transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction and that neither the promoters nor the promoter group companies have any interest in the work contract.
