Dr. Reddy's allots 4,110 equity shares under ESOS

Dr Reddys Laboratories has allotted 4,110 equity shares of Re.1/- each of the Company, fully paid up, on 26 August 2026, to eligible employees pursuant to exercise of their Stock Options under Dr. Reddy's Employees Stock Options Scheme, 2002.
