Baid Finserv allots 72.04 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Baid Finserv has allotted 72,04,099 equity shares on conversion of warrants on receipt of Rs 8.15 crore being 75% of the warrant issue price.

Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 16,20,92,206 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
