Ravindra Energy allots 12,500 equity shares under ESOP

Ravindra Energy has allotted 12,500 equity shares under ESOP on 25 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,98,56,19,030 divided into 19,85,61,903 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
