Yes Bank allots 5.08 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Yes Bank has allotted 5,08,774 equity shares under ESOP on 25 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 62,776,591,498/- consisting of 31,388,295,749 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
