AU Small Finance Bank allots 6.47 lakh equity shares under ESOP

AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 6,47,261 equity shares under ESOP on 25 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased from Rs. 7,49,93,08,350 to Rs. 7,50,57,80,960.
