RBL Bank allots 8.31 lakh equity shares under ESOP

RBL Bank has allotted 8,31,301 equity shares under ESOP on 24 August 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 155,09,39,406 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 1550,93,94,060.
