Swojas Foods allots 16 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Swojas Foods has allotted 16 lakh equity shares on conversion of equal number of warrants on receipt of Rs 1.98 crore i.e. balance 75% of the warrant issue price. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 45,86,33,120/- consisting of 4,58,63,312 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each.
