TVS Supply Chain Solutions climbs after signing strategic MoU with Sankyu

TVS Supply Chain Solutions rose 3.62% to Rs 125.85 after the company announced that it has signed a strategic pact with Japan's Sankyu Inc. to collaborate across supply chain and engineering services.
Sankyu Inc. is a leading Japan-headquartered logistics and engineering company. Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the companies will explore opportunities across logistics, warehousing, transportation, engineering services, maintenance and on-site industrial support. The collaboration will initially focus on India, with the companies targeting manufacturing and industrial customers, including Japanese companies operating in the country.

Sankyu intends to acquire a 0.5% equity stake in TVS Supply Chain Solutions, subject to customary regulatory approvals. The companies also plan to establish a joint steering committee to identify growth opportunities, oversee strategic initiatives and develop integrated solutions.

The partnership is expected to expand over time into markets across Asia, the Middle East and Africa, as well as other global markets where both companies have an established presence.

TVS Supply Chain Solutions operates in 26 countries with more than 16,500 employees and serves customers across sectors including automotive, industrial, consumer, technology and technology infrastructure, rail and utilities, and healthcare.

On a consolidated basis, TVS Supply Chain Solutions' net profit declined 70.37% to Rs 20.85 crore while net sales rose 28.66% to Rs 3335.22 crore in Q1 June 2026 over Q1 June 2025.
