B.R.Goyal Infrastructure receives Rs 151-cr NHAI work order

B.R.Goyal Infrastructure announced that it has received a work order worth Rs 151.06 crore from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for engagement of a user fee agency through e-Tender at Jajau Fee Plaza in Madhya Pradesh.

The order pertains to the engagement of a user fee agency at Jajau Fee Plaza located at km 28.600 on the Agra-Gwalior section from km 8.000 to km 103.000 of NH-3. The scope of work also includes upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, including recouping of consumable items.

The accepted value of the work order is Rs 151.06 crore and the order is to be executed over a period of one year.

The company stated that the order does not constitute a related-party transaction. It further clarified that neither the promoters nor members of the promoter group have any interest in the order.

B.R.Goyal Infrastructure is engaged in constructing infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, bridges, and buildings.

For FY26, the company's consolidated net profit surged 78% year-on-year to Rs 44.82 crore, while net sales increased 13.4% to Rs 820.32 crore compared with FY25.

The counter slipped 3.32% to end at Rs 191.60 on the BSE.
