Organic Recycling Systems allots 51.99 lakh equity shares under bonus issue

Organic Recycling Systems has allotted 51,99,630 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each under bonus issue in the ratio of 1:2. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 1,55,98,905 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
