Emkay Global Financial Services allots 50,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants

Emkay Global Financial Services has allotted 50,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants upon payment of balance amount of Rs. 179.625 per warrant. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 27,67,55,800 divided into 2,76,75,580 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each.
