Poonawalla Fincorp raises Tier II capital of Rs 150 cr

Poonawalla Fincorp has approved allotment of 15,000 unsecured, redeemable, rated, listed, subordinated, non-convertible debentures constituting Tier II capital of the face value of Rs 1,00,000, amounting to Rs 150 crore.
