UTI Asset Management Company allots 200 equity shares under ESOP

UTI Asset Management Company has allotted 200 equity shares under ESOS on 21 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,28,53,90,280 (12,85,39,028 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each).
