Nippon Life India Asset Management allots 63,529 equity shares under ESOP

Nippon Life India Asset Management has allotted 63,529 equity shares under ESOP on 21 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 63,97,81,566 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
