Copper holds around three week low

COMEX Copper futures eased today and held near three week low amid a rise in LME inventories and worries over Chinese demand. The red metal is down 1% at $6.42 per pound. Asian stocks rose. China?s Shanghai Composite index added 0.24% while Hong Kong?s Hang Seng index gained 0.80%. Japan?s Nikkei 225 index jumped 1.36%. European markets turned mostly lower. German DAX eased around half a percent. The US stocks moved up on Wednesday, as US bond yields retreated. The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 119.65 points, or 0.22 percent, to 53,463.05. MCX Copper is trading at Rs 1366.55 per kg after hitting high of Rs 1377 per kg.
