Expo Engineering and Projects allots 18.12 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Expo Engineering and Projects has allotted 18,12,859 equity shares on conversion of warrants on receipt of balance 75% of the issue price of warrants. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 2,59,42,115 equity shares of Rs 4 each.
