Sudarshan allots 48.11 lakh equity shares on conversion of FCCBs

Sudarshan Pharma Industries has allotted 48,11,730 equity shares on conversion of foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) worth USD 1,500,000. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 25,44,70,600 equity shares of Re 1 each.
