Intellect Design Arena has allotted 89,870 equity shares under ESOP on 19 August 2026.

Consequently, the issued share capital and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 70,17,82,855 divided into 14,03,56,571 Equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each.
