Nitin Spinners has acquired 85,68,162 equity shares of Rs 10 each of CGE II Hybrid Energy, a company engaged in generation of renewable energy. The total shareholding of the company in CGE II Hybrid Energy is 2,57,04,545 Equity shares i.e.7.36%of its paid up share capital.
