Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 2.85 lakh equity shares under ESOS

Kotak Mahindra Bank has allotted 2,85,255 equity shares of Re. 1/- each under ESOS on 19 August 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 9,94,76,56,028 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
