NSE SME Pramodini Medicare gets off to a healthy start on D-Street

Pramodini Medicare traded at Rs 120.80 on the NSE, a 2.37% premium to the issue price of Rs 118.
The scrip was listed at Rs 120, a 1.69% premium to the initial public offer (IPO) price. The stock is currently up 0.67% over its listing price.

The counter hit a high of Rs 121 and a low of Rs 114. About 17.65 lakh shares of the company changed hands at the counter.

Pramodini Medicare's IPO was subscribed 3.65 times. The issue opened for bidding on 12 August 2026 and it closed on 14 August 2026. The price band of the IPO was fixed between Rs 110 to Rs 118 per share.

The IPO comprised 58,51,200 equity shares, including a fresh issue of 53,50,800 equity shares and offer for sale (OFS) of 5,00,400 equity shares.

The company intends to utilize the net proceeds for funding of capital expenditure for purchase of medical equipments towards existing and proposed diagnostic centres and general corporate purposes and unidentified inorganic acquisition.

Ahead of the IPO, Pramodini Medicare on 11 August 2026, raised Rs 16.05 crore from anchor investors. The board allotted 13.60 lakh shares at Rs 118 per share to 12 anchor investors.

Pramodini Medicare is an India-based diagnostic service provider offering radiology, clinical laboratory and nuclear medicine services to public and private hospitals, PSUs and medical colleges across tier I, II and III cities. Its services include MRI, CT scans, X-rays, ultrasound, pathology, biochemistry, PET-CT and nuclear therapy, along with 24?7 teleradiology services. As of 31 March 2026, the company had 161 permanent and 18 contractual employees.

The company recorded revenue from operations of Rs 62.29 crore and net profit of Rs 17.38 crore for the period ended 31 March 2026.
