IDFC FIRST Bank announces its maiden USD 500M Senior Notes issuance

IDFC FIRST Bank, acting through its IFSC Banking Unit, has successfully priced its US$ 500 Million Senior Notes (Notes) on 18 August 2026. The transaction marks the Bank's maiden entry into the international debt capital markets and supports its strategy of diversifying its funding profile and expanding access to global sources of capital.
